We are now looking for a Molder Setter who wants to become an important part of our production.

Job Role

As a setter with us, you will have a central role in production. You are responsible for ensuring efficient setups and stable operations with a focus on quality and flow.

Your tasks include:

• Setting and changing tools
• Starting up and optimizing production after setup
• Ensuring quality and monitoring processes
• Troubleshooting and resolving production disturbances
• Contributing to improvement work and more efficient working methods

We are looking for you who has experience in injection molding and tool changes, preferably from a similar role as a setter. You have a good technical understanding and work solution-oriented in your daily life. You enjoy responsibility, work in a structured manner, and find it easy to collaborate with others while being able to work independently when needed. As a person, you contribute to a positive work environment and good teamwork. Experience with robots, automation, or process optimization is a plus.
